Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep things fair and hassle-free so you can book with confidence.

Easy Cancellations

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup.

 

  • Partial refund if you cancel within 48 hours, but before 24 hours of pickup.

 

  • No refund if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before pickup.

 

Changes to Your Reservation

Need to change your pickup date or vehicle? Let us know asap! We’ll do our best to adjust the booking based on availability.

 

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s processed.

 

Exceptions

No refunds on services already completed (like after the vehicle has been picked up). Extra charges (like late returns or damages) will be settled separately.
